 PIE TO THE PINOLI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of flour “00”,
  • 50 g of pine nuts,
  • 170 g of cane sugar,
  • 100 g of butter,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 200 ml of cereal yogurt,
  • 1 yeast bag.

FOR DECORATION: Whole peanuts q.b., velvet sugar. Butter and flour for mold.

PROCEDURE:
