PAN BRIOCHE WITH CHOCOLATE DROPS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 ml of milk,

PROCEDURE:

Heat the milk and pour it into a large bowl, melt the yeast and add the sifted flour.

Combine sugar, salt, butter at room temperature softened, egg and knead until a homogeneous, soft, sticky compound is obtained.

If necessary, add another 30/50 g flour and lastly the drops of chocolate. Work until you get a homogeneous dough.

Leave the dough for about 20 minutes covered by a can of cloth, and close it in the oven off. Take back the dough, helping with a little flour to work briefly with your hands until you get a braid to put into a previously plumcake molded and floured mold.

Leave for another 30 minutes, always covered with a canvas. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes …. and Good Merenda!
