CHOCOLATE AND PEAR CAKE
The best snacks are simple and homemade! Like the PEAR AND CHOCOLATE CAKE!
What then, if you think about it, how long does it take to make a cake ?! Very little! The time to mix the ingredients together, that’s when the oven arrives at the temperature and on, the cake is ready to bake!
It seems that time is never enough for us, that we always go on and run constantly, ending up eating in an “automatic” way, without too much awareness of what we are really throwing down.
We return to prepare the “good snacks”, we return to take the time for us and for our loved ones, we return to perfume our houses of freshly baked desserts, sauce that sobflare, roasted meat, we return to take back the old habits, because, as someone said, “there is no future without our past”.
The PEAR AND CHOCOLATE CAKE is as simple as it is delicious! Moist at the right point, soft and lightly flavored with cinnamon. It is a dessert that has now become part of our tradition: the web with thousands and thousands of variations is full of cakes with pears and chocolate.
Here my simple recipe, enriched only by the magical aroma of cinnamon, which you know, with pear and cocoa are perfect!
The first cake I had prepared was brushed off in a few minutes, and while I’m writing here, I’ve already fired my PEAR AND CHOCOLATE CAKE!
