This is the most classic of Italian sweets: the Donut !! Each of us has tasted at least one slice especially at our grandmothers’ home! I have revisited it a bit, to give a touch of ancient flavor but at the same time very pleasant! Ideally freshly baked with good coffee, but its softness and fragrance keeps it for several days, so it is the perfect sweet for a great breakfast, to be soaked in hot milk !! Very nice my rustic donut!
