BOWL WITH PEACHES AND PINEAPPLE

According to you, can you eat healthy and greedy at the same time?

I say yes! If you do not believe it you have to try my new recipe: BOWL WITH PESCHE AND PINEAPPLE! As many will know I like to have breakfast with coffee, tea or milk and some slice of bread and jam, but in summer, with this really unbearable heat, I refuse to eat any hot food!

A typically “Anglo-Saxon” breakfast is what I’m suggesting, but rich in vitamins, fibers and so much taste! Prepare it will be a joke, and you can also substitute the recommended fruit with what you like best!

BOWL WITH PEACHES AND PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS for 2 bowls:

  • 125 g of vanilla yogurt,
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 slices of pineapple,
  • 5 ml of whole milk,
  • 2 teaspoons of acacia honey,
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds,
  • 1 tablespoon of oats,
  • Some slices of peach and pineapple for the garnish.

 

 

METHOD :

Wash a peach, peel off and cut into small pieces.

Do the same with the pineapple slice. Put the fruit in a blender, combine milk, yogurt, honey and smooth everything.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, garnished with thin sliced fish, chopped pineapple, chicken seeds and oats and …. Good breakfast at all!
