BISCUITS WITH SPARABISCOTTI – Easy recipe

BISCUITS – EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 30 BISCUITS:
- 150 g of butter at room temperature,
- 240 g flour “00”,
- 75 g of icing sugar,
- 1 egg,
- 1 vanillin sachet,
- Necessary for decoration to your liking. (Dark chocolate, sugars, almonds, marmalade).
PROCEDURE: Put the butter with the electric whips together with the sugar, add the egg and slowly all the other ingredients. Put the dough in a bouquets (which you find in all home-made stores) and away with the fantasy! “Shoot” the biscuits directly on the plate to be baked, absolutely no oven paper, baked in a hot oven at 180 ° in ventilated mode for about 15 minutes! Sprinkle and let cool. For decoration, you can melt into a bain-marie of dark chocolate and then cover some of the biscuits, continue with the sugars and let them dry on a grater.
